Contract & Downpayment

We arrange the contract signing, and after the first payment, we begin the licensing and planning process for the construction of your module.
3rd Step
Project Approval
20% Payment
After the project is approved by the city council, we begin construction of the structure.
4th Step
Finishing work begins
Payment 35%.
We begin preparing the final touches.
5th Step
Site Preparation
Payment 10%.
Your module is almost ready for delivery. This is the stage where we begin preparing the site.
6th Step
Transportation
Payment 10%.
It’s almost time to start arranging transportation and agreeing on a delivery date.
7th Step
Reception
Payment 10%.
Your module is ready! Upon receipt at the construction site, a general inspection is performed and the final payment is requested.
